Pichia Yeast Fermentation:

Freshly harvested coffee cherries are washed. Fermented with pichia yeast to breakdown acids and generate fruity notes. Dried on raised beds.

This process was slightly complex as we had to take necessary steps to continuously monitor the process to get right results. We are happy with the results and hence we are launching it. We can't wait to ship this delicious coffee!!!

Roast level: Medium

Note:  This is micro-lot (limited quantity). Once exhausted this will not be back on stock until next year.
