I tried Winter Berries in Cold Brew grind and it was good, but I expected better as it was marketed as flagship. To be honest, I loved Crimson Port more. Maybe brewing with some other method would be better, I guess.
Never been a fan of light roasts but fraction 9 changed that and the definition of gourmet coffee for me. On time delivery and the tasting notes are exactly as described.
A decently sweet, acidic coffee , a treat when brewed over pour over
Excellent roast and good beans. Tasting notes good in black and with milk.
Got a surprise 50g of their newest Microlot, very nice winey, the sweet was a little underwhelming but I think I've to let it sit for a couple more days
