Incredibly well-balanced and expressive. Bright passion fruit notes upfront with a clean, lingering finish. It held up beautifully across brews. Honestly, one of the most enjoyable coffees I’ve had this year. Would definitely come back to this
I drink French press coffee. I felt the roasting was just right, since it was a light roast I could detect the notes and flavours distinctly. It is a great coffee roasted really well. I strongly recommend it.
Brewed this with multiple methods. Switch, V60 and aeropress. Delicious in every way.
