Had it twice. Still dialing in the coffee as per my taste. But it’s quite good.
I brewed it with aeropress and added milk. It turned out soo well
I was surprised by how good this nano lot turned out despite the much lower price point that your team was somehow able to deliver. With the good yield recently and global coffee prices dropping (not at the consumer level) It's really nice to see a roastery caring about the consumer. I hope you keep providing excellent beans for a 'Fraction' of the price.

The grind should have been a little Coarser because this grind size is choking my machine

Our espresso grind corresponds to Grind No. 4, which is a fine grind calibrated on our machines. We take grind size accuracy very seriously and have standardized this setting after detailed testing and market study to suit the majority of espresso machines available in the market.
Espresso machines vary in pressure, flow rate, and basket design. Because of these differences, using coffee in pre-ground (powder) format involves a small trade-off, as a single grind setting cannot be perfectly matched to every machine.
For the most premium and fully customized espresso experience, we recommend selecting whole beans and grinding them yourself to match the exact requirements of your espresso machine.
