Have brewed only a couple times, but it was nice

Amazing, opening up really well, pronounced notes and amazing finish

One of the best cups i have had. Though grind the V60 slightly coarser.

When I ordered this sampler, I mentioned in the notes that I drink my coffee black and would prefer light to medium roasted beans. Out of the 6 beans that I received, 5 were light/light plus and the sixth was a washed medium roasted bean. 4 of these were nanolots! Since I haven't brewed all of them yet, I can't give a thorough review on each of those but I must say the one I tried (Breakfast Roast) is amazing. I don't think there's another roaster selling such good beans at an affordable price. Can't wait to try the rest!

Bright acidity and fruity notes, still has some body despite being a light+ roast, enjoyable even as espresso, but really shines as pourover, tart fruitiness mellows out well while cooling, and notes evolve beautifully on the tongue, makes you want to sit with the coffee longer. Needs high extraction pourover brewing for best results.
