Loved the variety of beans, but would’ve appreciated if you’ve sent me beans that I haven’t already ordered!
I have played with floral coffees from different roasters. Jasmin/Mogra are typically delicate and difficult notes to handle. One small mistake during the brewing and it can destroy the brew completely, this can easily frustrate the brewers.
However Ratnagiri Jasmine Royale lives up to its name. It allows the brewer to experiment with the coffee without the fear of losing the balance. While this was my first interaction with Jasmine Royale, I am truly impressed with the kind of cups it delivered - Rich Aromatic, Flavorful with options to play with sweetness, acidity and character. So highly recommended from my side. So why not a 5 star rating? Well I still need to try it again and that 5 star would come (or not come) from the consistency of the roastery.

Hey, first time trying flavoured coffee and I really liked your hazelnut variant. I am yet to try the beans I've ordered. It's great that you guys offer the free grounds, it's definitely what pushed me to purchase from you guys and not other brand. Just one small issue with the delivery: it's a known issue that DTDC does not deliver to one's personal address at some locations. This was unfortunately the case for me and is unacceptable when a customer is ordering over a website to save himself a trip to the store. Would be great if you guys switched and avoided doing business with such subpar service providers (Even India post delivers to my doorstep!). Have a great day!
Glad i found fraction 9 coffee and its my daily driver now, Prabal and christmas roast are my personal favourites.
