I’ve been ordering from Fraction 9 for quite sometime now. These are the best coffees I’ve had. I usually make espresso at home and drink black. Your microlot coffees are just perfect for that and Crimson Port was exactly that. I wish I had ordered more in quantity, as it is already sold out.
The coffee was truly roasted medium-light and brews a nice and subtle flavor esp ecially as a pourover

The aroma is pleasant and brewing through French Press (my preferred method) really brings out the tasting notes to life.

This coffee has best of all worlds! First off the fraction 9 team has roasted it to perfect level. The coffee has plenty of acidity and plenty of sweetness! And even tho the description says otherwise I think this coffee has lot of body

Best coffee I have ever had. I have tried different roasters, never had such fresh coffee. I am just price conscious and if that can be fixed, I am becoming a regular, with doubt.
Need to dial in extraction on this coffee otherwise the roast can def be tasted, a burnt taste. Don't push extraction, go finer (16 clicks c2) and cooler water (83-85c) brew on an aeropress. Excellent coffee if brewed right but its easy to mess up.

The packaging seems very basic, but the coffee speaks for itself.
The roast looks very even, and it brewed perfectly. It's very difficult to find good coffees lately at the right price. My first experience with Fraction9 and I can easily recommend this to others if they keep up the quality of the roast. A very well deserved 5 star at this price point.
Brewed mostly using a v60, these beans resulted in a clean, tart cup with lingering sweetness. Aftertaste was quite prolonged and pleasant. Also experimented with a moka pot - surprisingly resulted in an acidic flavourful brew.
Flavour was muted when beans were rested for 5 days, flavour notes started opening up after 8 days of resting.
