21st century farmer who wants to grow coffee in the farm, process coffee, roast, and sell coffee directly to customers to maintain premium quality. (No Middleman involved)

Premium Coffee to brew wasn't available in market until very recently. Our friends and guests who stayed in our guest/farm house (located within our coffee estate) explained that it's extremely difficult to find freshly roasted coffee. Coffee should be ideally consumed within 15 to 20 days after roasting. Coffee available in nearby stores (even by well known brands) are roasted months earlier. To help our customers avail fresh coffee we invested in scientific processing and German roasting equipment and stopped selling unprocessed coffee to traders. We started mailing our friends and guests freshly roasted coffee (custom made - based on their taste preference) which they desired.

Fraction 9 Coffee is a Karnataka-based firm engaged in coffee farming for over a century. It is owned by a family of coffee farmers located at Chikmagalur in the Western Ghat region. The decades of experience drew the harvesters close to different aspects of coffee and its consumption.

The firm believes in providing high-quality coffee in multiple varieties that are rare in the mass market. It does multiple roast profiles such as light roasted, medium roasted, dark roasted, and very dark roasted coffee. It stresses more on providing freshly roasted and naturally flavored coffee to the customers. Fraction 9 Coffee has moved a step ahead to provide specialty coffee with customizing options to its buyers.

Our Mission

Fraction 9 Coffee has come up with a unique initiative where it aims to introduce Premium Coffee to Indian customers. It focuses on making specialty coffee affordable and accessible to consumers. The business for the premium coffee is done directly with the customers, restricting the involvement of the middleman.

The premium quality of coffee is maintained as it gets harvested in our farm, processed scientifically, roasted as per buyers’ demand, grounded in the desired size (optional), and dispatched straight to the customers.

The buyer has an option to get their coffee product customized. One can go for any preferred flavor, roast profiles, and the size of the coffee granules (or wholebeans).

Our Vision

Fraction 9 Coffee aims at providing natural, healthy, and organic coffee to consumers. It refrains from mixing inferior substances to maintain the premium quality of the coffee. It delivers pure and original coffee packages to buyers.

The firm believes in providing freshly prepared coffee to the buyers. Unlike other coffee estates in the market, Fraction 9 Coffee dispatches the freshly roasts coffee upon order so that the customers enjoy the fresh flavors and coffee notes.

Great coffee, but just not for me

As i've got accustomed to stronger/bitter flavoured coffees, despite the warning of these beans being plain medium roast i still ordered it for my French press, but sadly, the coffee doesn't have a body which i crave for.

Good Quality and Taste

Second time purchasing from F9, impressive whole bean roast quality (low variability). I drink light roasts primarily and yet to be disappointed. Tasting notes are discernable. Trying the Darker roast(Vienna) soon which I ordered in the latest purchase, so fingers crossed. 5/5 will recommend.

Coffee-bags were a nice surprise!

The coffee-bags were a nice surprise! The best option for me if I am late for office and need a quick cup of coffee for the commute. I was experimenting with TCR whiskey barrel coffee bags but these certainly are a league above. Much recommended if you want a quick coffee without the hassle of going through the whole ritual of making coffee.
