Fraction 9’s Vienna Roast is remarkably bold and smooth. It delivers deep, dark chocolate notes and low acidity with zero burnt bitterness. Its the one think that i look forward to in my mornings.
Right out of the bag, the intense, spirit-forward aroma hits you instantly. I steep this as a slow immersion cold brew, and it completely transforms the cup. The cold extraction tames the heavy whiskey punch, turning it into a remarkably smooth, syrupy drink with absolutely zero bitterness. You get these incredibly rich layers of charred oak and warm vanilla, melting into a sweet molasses finish. It tastes like a premium, top-shelf coffee cocktail—completely alcohol-free. This is easily my new signature summer brew
This French roast delivers a bold, striking cup with a deep, oily bean appearance. The dry grounds hit with an intense aroma of dark chocolate and sweet smoke. Brewed, it has a heavy, full-bodied mouthfeel with virtually no acidity. The flavor leans heavily into bittersweet cocoa and a rich campfire smokiness that stays balanced without crossing into a bitter, burnt aftertaste. Excellent for anyone who wants a strong, no-nonsense black coffee.
Very refreshing my daily driver now
I bought Everyday Gold whole beans as a cheaper alternative to BT Silver Oak. It is not Silver Oak but not far behind either. If you are looking for a budget alternative for everyday, it is good enough.
