Carefully handpicked ripe cherries undergo a meticulously controlled anaerobic fermentation, allowing vibrant berry characteristics, floral aromatics, and deep sweetness to develop while preserving exceptional clarity and structure. The coffee is then slowly dried to stabilize its rich fruit profile, resulting in a beautifully balanced and expressive cup.
