For this blend, both estates contribute carefully selected Chandragiri varietal Arabica, each processed as an anaerobic natural. The combination brings together the expressive tropical fruit character of Ashray Estate with the rounded sweetness and structure contributed by Satish Estate, creating a cup that is both lively and beautifully balanced.

Unlike a conventional light roast, this coffee is dropped immediately at the very onset of first crack.
