It stands true to its name, everyday gold is what it is
I have tried Christmas roast and vienna roast in the past and decided to try sweet roast this time. Have been brewing it for the past 2 days in my moka pot and the result is pretty good. I get a smooth extraction flow, the chaff is very less, the bean color is upto the mark and the acidity is similar to the ideal light roast. The only reason why i have rated it 4 and not 5 is the deliver partner. The tracking details were shared but the link was not working. The tracking details were not updated later as well.
