This lot of light plus roast is perfect. It retains the flavors and the aroma and yet added a slight bitterness, which I like and had requested earlier. What should I say, pun intended, the experience has been bittersweet?
Has to be one of the best in terms of daily drivers. Be it aeropress, pour over, never did i ever had a disappointing brew with this one. Loved it from the very first brew.
