Note: My earlier review was for the Ratnagiri carbonic maceration sampler which you had also added (and received with gratitude), I saw that I had wrongly entered the review under this profile

From the moment the beans hit the grinder, Baarbara Frozen Cherry makes a bold first impression. The aroma is earthy and deeply woody, evoking the scent of damp forest bark with a subtle undertone that oddly (but not unpleasantly) recalls the cool scent of a refrigerator.
The cup opens with a richness that leans warm and intense. It draws you into a darker, peatier realm, reminiscent of an aged Irish whiskey with its smoky resonance. An elusive flavor that constantly evolves with each sip. It starts grounded and bold, then gives way to hints of dried fig and wild honey.
As it cools, a sweet comforting afterglow begins to emerge. Reminiscent of caramelized sugar, almost candy-like, in the best way like Alpenliebe melting slowly at the back of your mouth.
An intriguing and meditative cup, thank you for the journey. And as the name of the estate suggests, Baar-baar aa, I might just come back for more.
From several years ago when i first hesitantly purchased Viennese Roast Coffee from Fraction 9, I've been a fan. There is nothing out there in comparison. I'm so glad that you advertised and I found you. It's true love ❤️
Coffee has a good balance of flavor, body and strength and true to its name, works great as a morning coffee. Only one niggle, found it to be a tad over roasted for a medium.
Was a very nice coffee but it had many shells which if I'm paying for a premium coffee I hope it wouldn't be there as many.
Loved all the 3 blends. Thank you for extendting your love by providing samples.
I tried Winter Berries in Cold Brew grind and it was good, but I expected better as it was marketed as flagship. To be honest, I loved Crimson Port more. Maybe brewing with some other method would be better, I guess.
Never been a fan of light roasts but fraction 9 changed that and the definition of gourmet coffee for me. On time delivery and the tasting notes are exactly as described.
