Coffee from Fraction9 is always amazing. The team behind them is super helpful with any queries. The quality in the coffee they roast is well beyond any other roaster I have had yet.
At first I was unsure how it would be due to the fermentation smell but I was amazed by how good it tasted and the clarity hit really good and felt refreshing. The sweetness is really nice the acidity wasn't overwhelming and overall one of the best coffees I've tasted recently.
It's a really great coffee and has this very 'roasted peanuts' taste and smell, but in the packet I received there were just a few too many quakes otherwise the coffee has been good and enjoyable
Good quality beans and clean roast, could be slightly stronger
Couldn't find processing method of this coffee anywhere in the site.
Site can have filters based on roast level, location etc.
Having an app would be better.
