Returns and Cancellations
For all queries please contact us at Farmer@fraction9coffee.com. We will respond to all queries from 8 am to 8 pm all 7 days.
Damaged and defective products can be returned to us within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive returned mail we will initiate full refund or ship new product, whichever option you choose. Please mention your email or phone number which you would have used for purchase and date of order placement somewhere within the returned mailer box. Refund will be initiated within 7 days from the date of receiving the returned mailer box.
If you wish to cancel an order placed with us, free cancellations will be feasible upto 5 hours from the moment you place an order. Please drop a mail at Farmer@fraction9coffee.com within 5 hours. Even if we take time to reply nothing to worry about. Rest assured if cancellation request mail is sent within 5 hours of placing an order we will initiate refunds within 3 working days. Refund for cancellations will be initiated through our payment gateway partners.
Note: Service charge charged by payment partner may not be refunded. You can expect a refund of around 98% of the amount paid by you.
